We had a wonderful stay at the Avonlea Hotel, which has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Alan, the new owner, is making great improvements, and the hotel's cleanliness and friendly service made our visit enjoyable. The location is perfect, being close to several attractions and shopping areas. However, it would be nice if there were more breakfast options available.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It fell far short of what I expected based on the pictures. The location is great, which is a plus, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the place left much to be desired. If they don’t address these issues, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had a lovely stay at the Avonlea, where myself, my partner, and my father-in-law enjoyed a warm welcome from the owners. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options. However, the location does attract a bit of hustle and bustle, which might not suit everyone. Overall, it was a great value and I would definitely return!
